Fabulous views right from the front door! But, the views aren't the only reason Shepherd's Cottage consistently gets glowing reviews.
The owners have a working live-stock farm, so yes you may get some lovely farm smells and if you are there at the right time maybe some wonderful lambs bouncing around too? The farm is also a Bed & Breakfast and the catering can be extended so you can book lovely farm cooked breakfasts and dinners if you fancy not having to shop and cook.
Please note that as the Hot Tub is drained and cleaned between guests it may still be getting to temperature on the day you arrive.

The charm of Fellfoot is its fabouls views of Esthwaite Water. All of the accommodation is on the ground floor though there are two steps to the entrance of the property and also an internal step to the bedrooms and utility room.

Being in the hub of this beautiful village, Meadow View has views of the surrounding fells and with walks from the door and shops, restaurants and pubs just a stone's throw away you could very easily just park your car at the beginning of your stay and never move it until you leave, if you so wished.
There are 10 stairs to the entrance of the property as per the photograph and one bedroom and bathroom (shower over bath) is on the ground floor with the living area on the first floor and double bedroom with en-suite shower on the second floor.
Note that the as Meadow View is situated in a quiet cobbled courtyard there is no outdoor area.
