Learn how to Smoke Food - At Brougham Hall, Cumbria

Brougham Hall is steeped in history. King Edward VII is reported to have slept here and the Hall was given the name 'Windsor of the North' by the Victorians.

The Old Smokehouse holds regular Saturday workshops to show you the tips and tricks of how to smoke food. Brougham Hall also has a comprehensive list of smoked foods for you to order online - foods are literally smoked to order.
